It's a method used in Ericksonian hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) where the hypnotist gets the subject into a heightened emotional state—whether that's happiness, sadness, love, or even nostalgia—and then delivers a suggestion or command. So you will think the message is all lovey but then it will have one line of lyrics in it that will destroy the minds of adolescents. Also, the frequencies in the music that they use are designed to cause chaos in your cells and put you in a state of dis-ease.
